A Parkinson’s Therapy, Wellness and Resource Center
Heartland Neurological Therapy and Wellness Center is the only Parkinson specific clinic in Omaha that offers Therapy, Wellness and Education all under one roof!
Heartland Neurological Therapy and Wellness Center was born out of a desire to do more to meet the needs of the Parkinson’s community in the Omaha metro area. Heartland Neurological Therapy and Wellness Center will provide PD-specific therapy (PT, OT, SLP) and group exercise classes with staff that are specially trained and invested in the Parkinson’s community. We will also provide space and resources for quality PD education for persons with Parkinson’s Disease (PWPD) and their caregivers.
PDWELL Foundation (a 501c3 entity) was established to support and work in partnership with Heartland Neurological to provide therapy, wellness, education and community to transform the lives of those living with Parkinsons disease and their caregivers.
