Heartland Annual Membership is a program that offers at least 2 live online exercise events every weekday as well as an online support group and includes 19 LIVE exercise class (including voicing and cognition) options weekly, a support group, a education series, and a care partner forum. Also, you can now access recorded exercise classes if you can’t attend some days at class time!
